Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to the nature of digital products, calendars are non-refundable once purchased. However, if you encounter any issues with the file or receive the wrong version of the calendar, please contact us at support@lavishwave.co, and we will help you resolve the issue.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed immediately after purchase. Digital calendars are available for download directly after payment. Please note that during peak times, such as holidays or promotions, there may be delays in accessing some features or support. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to the nature of digital products, orders are processed immediately upon purchase. After payment, digital calendars will be available for download right away, so you do not have to wait for delivery.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our website are net prices and do not include VAT. Since we sell digital products, you will not be charged customs or taxes when purchasing digital calendars. After the purchase, you will receive immediate access to your product without additional fees.

What should I do if the items I received are faulty/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you encounter issues with your purchased digital calendar, such as if the file is corrupted or cannot be opened. Please provide your order number and details regarding the issue. We will do our best to resolve your matter as soon as possible and ensure you have access to the correct file.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the bank that issued the card within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the bank that issued the card if you have questions regarding the timing of the refund being posted to your account. If you have not yet received your credit for the refund, please follow these steps: Contact your bank/card issuer. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
